Background Information About Scott McDonald
He is a resident of Denton County for over three decades.
Scott holds two degrees, a BA in Spanish (Texas Tech University), and an MA in English as a Second Language (University of North Texas).
Prior to coming to Keller Williams, Scott spent many years in the Securities, Insurance, and Printing Industries. A wealth of transferable skills, training, and knowledge now benefit Scott's Real Estate clients, including several clients from his previous sales endeavors.
Scott draws upon numerous life experiences to provide confident leadership that clients need. He is among other things, an Eagle Scout (Troop 140, Denton, TX), member of the Order of the Arrow, recipient of two modest scholarships at Texas Tech University, and has held many leadership posts in High School, College, and the professional world.
With regard to his naturally inclusive style of leadership, Scott's eventual goal is to build his own Market Center, and to that end, he regularly shares real estate's great Opportunity with everyone who has the bona fide desire and will to effect constructive change for his/her own future. Scott coined the phrase, "Life is too long, and too short, to be doing what you don't enjoy!"
Scott believes in putting the right people in the right jobs, for the right reasons, holding them accountable for their performance, and compensating them for productivity.
